Yes. Before the full project, we make a 5-second sample for you. If you're unsatisfied with its style, quality or direction, you get a full refund at the sample stage — no hard feelings. Once you approve the sample and decide to proceed, we move to the full-film previz stage, after which there are no refunds.

Standard: 4 days per minute of film. Rush: twice the speed, 2 days per minute. Example: 1 minute = 4 days standard / 2 days rush; 3 minutes = 12 / 6 days; 5 minutes = 20 / 10 days. This is production time only — excluding briefings, asset preparation and revision rounds. If modeling is required, the timeline is confirmed with the director. Rush slots and rush fees are confirmed with the director.
