When you submit a form, the site collects the name, contact details, project need, budget and timing you choose to enter, plus the submission time and a network address used to prevent abuse. Online consultation
Replies in the online consultation are for initial communication only. Your questions and the current conversation are sent to the configured third-party service for processing, so please do not enter commercial secrets, identity documents, payment information or confidential technical material. Final quotes, delivery dates and contract terms are confirmed by the director.
Video and external services
The work player only loads Bilibili after you choose to press play. The external platform may process network and device information under its own policies; an alternative viewing link is also available.
Confidential material and deletion requests
Please keep the first enquiry general. CAD files, unpublished specifications and confidential documents should be provided after the confidentiality requirements and transfer method are agreed.
