01Multiple routes resist explanation
One batch may pass through sorting, crushing and reprocessing branches before merging again. A plan can draw it but cannot convey order and cause.
INDUSTRY / RECYCLING
A line layout shows where the equipment stands. It cannot show which routes the material takes and where they rejoin. Animation explains the splitting, merging and change of material in one pass.
In recovery projects the subject is rarely the machinery; it is the fact that waste becomes a resource. That is also exactly what drawings cannot show, because in a layout drawing the material arrives as a box and leaves as a box. Animation can carry the change from spoil to usable aggregate continuously, and that passage is usually the part the project most wants seen.
WHY IT IS HARD
One batch may pass through sorting, crushing and reprocessing branches before merging again. A plan can draw it but cannot convey order and cause.
The value appears in the change from spoil to aggregate. On paper both ends are boxes, and the change is flattened out of existence.
At approval, environmental review and investment stage there is often only bare ground or a site under construction. There is nothing to film.
These projects face authorities, investors and neighbours at once. The film has to explain the technology without appearing to beautify pollution or overstate capacity.
WHAT WE ANIMATE
One main flow established, two or three key branches explained properly, the rest carried in wides. Not every route needs telling.
Establish the main flow, then show where branches divert and where they return. Each route gets its own passage so they do not contaminate each other.
Trommel rotation, crusher rotor, air and magnetic separation — what each stage solves is shown through motion rather than a caption.
Lump, powder, aggregate. The form changes as the process advances, and that is how progress is read.
Extraction ducting, enclosed conveying and spray suppression are mandatory in an environmental project and are the shots most often forgotten.
Recycled aggregate loaded out, which lands the conclusion — resource recovery — on screen.

DELIVERY
PRICING
Priced per finished second at 110–250 CNY: about 6.6–15k per minute, 19.8–45k for three minutes. Segmented multi-route storytelling and state changes are the main workload here, so price rises with the number of routes. The quotation itemises shots.

No. One main line and two or three key branches told properly, with the rest carried in wides, reads far better than an exhaustive inventory of routes.
Yes, it is an MP4 that drops into briefing material and public-notice videos. To be clear: animation is a communication tool and does not replace an environmental report, test data or measured capacity figures.
Yes. Capacity, throughput and emission figures come from client documents, are checked line by line, and are never filled in from industry averages.

With a layout I can come back with three shot ideas and an approximate duration band; a preliminary quote follows within 30 minutes once material is complete.
